The team practices in the afternoons on the Susquehanna River. The boathouse is a short 10 minute drive from campus.

The Bucknell Crew team was established in 1983 by a small group of students, rowing mostly small boats. Today those rowers form the base of the Bison Crew Association (BCA), our alumni organization, and the team has grown to over four full eights. Click the banner for more info on the BCA.

The Susquehanna River offers over 12,000 meters of rowable water through the scenic Central Pennsylvania countryside, with almost no other boat traffic.
