Leadership

The leadership of the Bucknell Crew Association gives guidance and support to the men's rowing program and the men's head coach as well as coordinating all men's crew alumni. The leadership is comprised of an Honorary Advisory Board and a Board of Directors.

Honorary Advisory Board

The Honorary Advisory Board is comprised of alumni, parents, and friends of Men's Crew who have been elected by the Board of Directors in recognition of their support. These Honorary Advisory Board members are welcome to attend all Board of Directors meetings as well as provide their perspectives and vision for the long-term direction of the team. Honorary Advisory Board members serve as a resource for the corporate and individual fundraising initiatives of Men's Crew.

The Board of Directors addresses a variety of issues faced by Men's Crew, including but not limited to: hiring of coaches, formulation of an operating budget, fundraising initiatives, and general program development.
