Bucknell Men's Crew has a new Head Coach!
We are pleased to announce the hiring of Paul Bugenhagen as the Head Coach
of men's rowing at Bucknell University. Paul brings a tremendous amount of
knowledge, passion, and experience to the Bison program.
Paul spent the summer of 2005 as an assistant coach of the US Junior Men's
National Team that finished 1st in the Men's 8+ and 4th in the Men's 4+ at
the World Junior Rowing Championships. Prior to the summer of 2005, Paul
coached at Princeton University, developing athletes within one of the top
collegiate programs in the country. While in Princeton, Paul also coached
masters athletes at the Carnegie Lake Rowing Association, where many of his
crews went on to win national titles. Before arriving in Princeton, Paul
spent a number of years coaching at the scholastic level in Florida, where
his crews won numerous state titles, and some of which competed and won
medals at the USRowing Youth Invitational.
Paul has a Masters Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University
of Florida.
